Ground floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.

The condo is equipped with the following:

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request

Please note that no refunds will be issued for any issues related to beach erosion or other factors beyond our control.
Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

We stayed in unit #612. We loved the location of the unit and it was very clean and well kept. This was our first experience with a condo in Cayman and now we wonder why we ever stayed at a hotel. It was a great value and we had a wonderful time! Ildi couldn’t have been more helpful while we were there, she was great!

The beach towels could have been larger to fit the chairs, but other than that everything was perfect.
