Ground floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms. Large families can take advantage of the extra Queen Sleeper Sofa available in the living room.
This luxury condominium has the white sand and turquoise sea of the most prestigious beach of Cayman right at its doorstep.

The condo is equipped with the following:

We had a wonderful stay at until 311. Condo is very spacious. All the beds were very comfortable for my wife and teenage son. We loved the contemporary design of the condo. Brand new appliances, tons of storage in bedrooms and huge closets for all your clothes for the stay. Pool towels are provided as well as a nice beach umbrella and some pickleball paddles to play on the tennis court that has pickleball lines. The unit is located second to last on the end of the building on the first floor. You can’t see the ocean from your room but it’s a very short walk to the pool and the ocean is right in front of the pool. We don’t spend much time in our rooms while on vacation so don’t think oceanfront rooms are worth the price difference at most places. It was nice being on the first floor as you could simply walk out the screened-in patio out to the pool and ocean. The beach front wasn’t much of a beach due to the erosion but it’s a nice Sandy bottom, you just have to hop over a few feet of rocks that are at the edge of the shore. Ocean water was like bath water and was calm a couple days but when the winds picked up it gets a little choppy which is still swimmable and safe. If you want more of a bigger beach you’d have to drive up north more to the public seven mile beach in between the Kimpton and all the way south to the Westin has bigger beach area. We did most of our activities scuba diving so the beach isn’t a priority for our family. We would love to come back and stay.

There is a rooster that wakes everyone up around 6 am or at sunrise so be prepared for that if you aren’t a morning person. It seems to go to every unit and wakes the whole building up. The hottub was more of a warm tub but it was too hot to use it anyways.

It sounds like the condo's amenities like pool towels, beach umbrella, and pickleball paddles were great too! We appreciate your feedback regarding the beachfront and the Jacuzzi. While the erosion has reduced the beach size, we're glad you found the calm water and sandy bottom enjoyable for swimming. Please note the Jacuzzi doesn't have a heating due to a water overflow to the bigger pool. Thank you again for your kind words and feedback.
